New Year, New Blog

New Year's Day. The one day of the year that we all decide in unison to change ourselves. As I look back on previous new year's resolutions, I struggle to find one that I've kept. Yet, year after year, I make them, and subsequently break them within the first month.

In an effort to simultaneously repeat history and make new strides, I shall resolve something today. This year, I resolve to be me. I want to show the world who I am and what I have to offer. One way will be through this blog, hopefully. Also, I want to excel in photography, my other favorite form of self-expression. I hope that I can be me to the fullest. Additionally, I want to know others. I hope that this year, I can begin to see into other people in the way that goes so much deeper than their outer shells. I want to know and be known in 2011.
